Brentwood Beer Shrimp
3- pounds raw sidestripe un-peeled BC WILD SHRIMP
2-3 cans of your favorite beer
8 garlic cloves crushed
2-teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoon celery seed
½ cup Vinegar
4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
3 bay leaves
2 Tablespoon salt
¼ cup butter
2 lemons
- Mix garlic, cayenne, celery seed, vinegar, Tabasco, bay leaves, and salt together and boil.
- Simmer and add shrimp for 5 minutes only.
- Remove the shrimp from the liquid (save liquid) Shell the shrimp, put back in liquid and refrigerate until cool.
- When ready to serve, drain and serve on a platter.
