Brentwood Beer Shrimp

3- pounds raw sidestripe un-peeled BC WILD SHRIMP
2-3 cans of your favorite beer
8 garlic cloves crushed
2-teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoon celery seed
½ cup Vinegar
4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
3 bay leaves
2 Tablespoon salt
¼ cup butter
2 lemons

  1. Mix garlic, cayenne, celery seed, vinegar, Tabasco, bay leaves, and salt together and boil.
  2. Simmer and add shrimp for 5 minutes only.
  3. Remove the shrimp from the liquid (save liquid) Shell the shrimp, put back in liquid and refrigerate until cool.
  4. When ready to serve, drain and serve on a platter.
